SB Audio FX ("we", "our", "us") provides the SB Audio FX soundboard app and this sound effects marketplace at sbaudiofx.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Purchase information: when you buy a sound pack, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and order details but never see or store your full card number.

Email & marketing: when you request a free pack or subscribe, we collect your email address to deliver your download and, with your consent, to send occasional emails about new packs and offers.

App & usage data: device information (model, OS version), app preferences, performance and crash data, and analytics about how the app and website are used.

Website analytics: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and, in Clarity's case, anonymised recordings of on-page interactions (with keystrokes and sensitive fields masked). This helps us improve the site and is not used to identify you personally.

Content you import: sound files you add to the app stay on your device and are not uploaded to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver your purchases, free downloads and download links, provide and improve the app and website, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

With your consent, to send occasional marketing emails about new sound packs and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted processors who help us run the service — notably Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Apple (App Store purchases) and Google and Microsoft (website analytics) — and where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Data Retention & Security

We keep purchase records as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons, and use reasonable technical measures to protect your information.
