1. Acceptance

By using the SB Audio FX app or website, or by purchasing a sound pack, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What We Offer

SB Audio FX operates an online store selling downloadable sound effect packs, and separately publishes the SB Audio FX DJ soundboard app for iPad and iPhone. Packs purchased on this website are delivered as downloadable audio files for use in any DJ software; the app is free to download and its full functionality is unlocked via a separate in-app purchase through the App Store.

3. Purchases & Downloads

Website payments are processed securely by Stripe. After a successful payment you receive a download of the purchased files. Prices are shown at checkout in GBP and may change over time.

4. Licence to Use Sounds

When you buy a pack you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the sounds in your DJ sets, mixes, performances and productions. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the raw sound files as your own sound pack or sample library.

5. Explicit Content

Some packs (for example the Clap Backs vocal pack) contain explicit language. They are intended for mature audiences and live performance contexts; use them responsibly.

6. Refunds

Because packs are digital downloads, sales are generally final. See our Refund Policy for details and how to get help with a faulty download.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, or attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the app, website or payment system.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, website, branding, and sound packs are owned by SB Audio FX and protected by law. Your purchase grants a licence to use the sounds, not ownership of them.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, website or sounds.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
